F.A.Q.
Why do I need to enter my sport?
Different shoe types fit differently. For example, soccer cleats fit much more snugly than basketball shoes. At AOKIH, we address these differences by offering customized foam thicknesses: yellow is 6mm, black is 4mm, and red is 2mm.
This tailored approach ensures the perfect fit for your sport, but it may make it challenging for athletes who play multiple sports to move their AOKIH insoles from a looser-fitting shoe to a tighter one.
How do I know AOKIH insoles will fit my shoes?
AOKIH insoles are designed to fit true to size. If you wear a size 9 shoe, order a size 9/9.5 insole. We also consider that some sports shoes, like cleats or spikes, fit more tightly. That’s why we ask for the sport you play during your order.
If you experience any issues with the fit after receiving your AOKIH insoles, just reach out to us—we’ll arrange a free exchange. We get the size right about 98% of the time!
How are AOKIH insoles customized for each athlete?
AOKIH insoles are tailored to each athlete based on shoe size, sport, and body weight. They come in 5 levels of flexibility to ensure optimal performance, as larger athletes generate more ground force compared to smaller athletes.
Do AOKIH insoles come in different widths or arch types?
No, AOKIH insoles are not made in different widths or arch types. They are designed to be arch-agnostic, with generous width sizing to fit most foot shapes and sizes. If you experience any discomfort after trying them, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?
We usually recommend going down. Weight level plays a key role in determining the flexibility of AOKIH insoles. While a higher flexibility level may provide more spring, it’s crucial that you can comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to deliver their full benefits.
If I sometimes wear a 9.5 shoe size and in other shoes wear a 10, what size AOKIH insoles should I order?
We recommend choosing the shoe size you’ll be using your AOKIH insoles in the most. If you experience any fit issues, feel free to contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange.
